Cleaning systems

A clean affair

The demands on the essential topic of hygiene in food production are continuously rising. CIP (cleaning in place) represents the best suitable method to guarantee a reproducible hygiene standard.

For over 25 years our cleaning systems have been integrated in the food industry in Europe. They have been successfully implemented as island solutions as well as complete plant cleaning stations.

With our vast experience of CIP installations in dairies as well as in the convenience food industry, we are able to deliver the ideal CIP solution for the most diverse fields of applications.

As a manufacturer of filling machines and CIP systems we can guarantee the perfect CIP process for the delivery of complete solutions.

LIEDER CIP systems are equipped with the state-of-the-art control systems for

  • Water
  • Caustic
  • Acid
  • Sanitation
  • Pressure
  • Temperature
  • Time
  • Flow measurement

The programme steps are freely programmable and can therefore be adapted to the food products and machines to be cleaned.

In addition, the complete CIP process including all parameters can be documented automatically in the LIEDER CIP machine.

LIEDER P-CIP I

Our P-CIP-type single tank systems are particularly used as island solutions for cleaning one or two filling machines.

Multi-tank systems P-CIP II

Our P-CIP II multi-tank systems are being installed as complete plant cleaning stations which do not only clean filling machines, but also pipe work, tanks, processing equipment or mobile product tanks via docking stations.  The P-CIP II can also be designed to clean several filling lines at the same time or to start the cleaning process at any time whenever cleaning is required on one of the individual filling lines.

With regard to resources such as water, heat and detergents, the so-called stack cleaning, that is the repeated use of a prepared detergent solution still is the most economic cleaning method.

All set parameters are continuously checked by the CIP machine during the CIP process. If one of these parameters does not match the set parameters, this deviation is immediately noted and reported automatically.
